Back pain statistics are frightening – not the statistics that say over 80% of adults suffer from back pain …or that 90% of those with back pain will become chronic pain sufferers. Sure these are frightening but do you know the most frightening statistic of all

Worldwide there are 72,258 people who search on the internet every day for back pain issues, 14,516 for lower back pain and 6483 for sciatica. Upper back pain is at 3548 and neck pain at 14,516 – just do the math.

In one year that is over 34 million people searching for back pain related issues. And this is just searching for back pain, lower back pain, sciatica etc. This doesn’t include the searches for back pain cures, help, advice etc.

How does this relate to a “miracle back pain cure”?

The reason why most people are still searching and searching for cures for back pain is that they haven’t found a decent one yet. Why?

Most internet cures only over a few stretches or exercises. They don’t go into the true causes of back pain and how you can eliminate them almost overnight. They do not teach you to realign your spine or to rebalance your pelvis. Phew… that is a lot of don’ts isn’t it.

You may have heard the saying “seeing is believing”, well in fact the saying got it wrong. It should be “believing is seeing”. Why?

Then once you have this image, reinforce it with some affirmations – “I choose to be 100% perfectly fit and healthy – now” – or – “Every day in every way I am getting better, better and better”.

Affirm positive “now” statements. Affirm health not disease.

The first step in getting better with your back pain is accepting you will get better, and then the next step is placing the image, and then reinforcing it. The last step is using the physical techniques to retrain your body to become well.

I know by now, most of you have clicked away from this web page – after all, your back pain is serious, no matter how you visualize or affirm it won’t make any difference, will it?
