Hi Graeme,

On thing you touched on here that I think a lot of people don\'t get is your mental attitude about pain. Sometimes just thinking that you feel good is enough to make you feel better. Don\'t you think? There are many times when I wake up and think, I feel good and that carries all day. Nice post!

Thanks for those comments Brian, yes inversion will help with back pain relief, but only at a symptom level. You MUST balance both the muscles and the joints to get long lasting relief. You also need to train your body to stay pain free and break the habitual pain cycle - otherwise pain will return.

Take care

Really informative article, and inspiring. Thanks for posting. One thing that has really helped with my lower back pain is inversion therapy (using inversion tables). I posted a hub page article awhile back at: http://hubpages.com/hub/Inversion-Tables-Get-the-Facts. Hopefully, this article, as well, can help someone.. Keep 'em coming!

Hi Ryan

Thanks for your kind comments, we strive to keep people informed and educated in ways to help ease and remove all types of back pain. Back pain relief can be done at home, but seeking help from practitioners will always speed the process.

Cheers
