Very well spoken.

The tortoise always wins the back pain game. I've used multiple tools, techniques, exercises, stretches and approaches with patients. The one thing I can say for sure after working with back pain patients for over a decade is there is no ONE cure.

Sometimes it's a psychological plug. Sometimes altering activities at work or sleep positions, sometime rest.

Sometimes it's a nutrition problem causing the back pain to flare up.

My advice: eat well, move well, think well and be diligent.
