Why Are These Back Pain Causes Never Mentioned

When you ask a question on back pain causes, you will get the same old tired explanation. The causes of back pain are muscles being tight, injuries, inflammation, blah blah blah

If this was true, then why have they not found a simple cure? Surely it is easy to relax a few muscles, you could even inject something maybe. If it was inflammation then use a super-effective anti-inflammatory and all your back pain would disappear.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention, there is one physical” back pain cause they always don’t say. That’s your joints not moving correctly. Sure there will be some Chiropractic web sites that mention it, but most focus on muscles, injuries, degeneration, disc issues and other frightening diseases.

Yet, all the research, especially the latest back pain stuff, says this. The traumas that people say triggered their back pain, are not severe enough to cause back pain at all.

I will repeat …

They say that when you said “I tripped over” or “I lifted that box” or whatever, this was not big enough to cause your back pain. So…

The back pain causes that people mention DO NOT cause your back pain. I actually knew this. I’m not trying to be smart or anything, but I did. How did I know?

Well, if lifting a box or shifting a chair, or even playing a sport caused your back pain. Why didn’t it do this last week when you did the same activity?

You see there is a physical law of “Cause and Effect”. I’ll try not to bore you, but basically it means if I do something then something else will occur as a result. For example, if I placed a gun to your head, aimed it at the life centers in your brain and pulled the trigger – you would be dead.

As would anyone else I did this to = Cause and Effect.

It doesn’t matter if it was Monday or Sunday, Winter or Summer, Man or Woman, you get the picture.

So if you lift, shift, push or pull something, cause and effect says that back pain will occur every single time. If this actually was a back pain cause.

As it doesn’t happen every single time, these activities do not “cause” back pain. They aggravate an existing back pain issue. The true back pain causes are something else. I will explain soon in another article, so keep tuned if you wish to know the “true” back pain causes.
