Dr Teague says: yes Warren, the pelvis is very important. It is commonly left untreated by practitioners and seldom taught with self help techniques. It is the biggest reason why back pain and sciatica remain. Your sciatic nerve pain should ease, if not seek help from someone else. Pain of any type is not "normal".

Good luck and take care.

I've had sciatica for more than 12 years, all of been told to do is stretch. I'm sick of strecthing and doing exercise, and I'm still sore. I have never heard of pelvis twisting before. Is it really important. I was told by my doc that i would have sciatic pain for the rest of my life, it was just how it was, unless I have an op. What do you think.
