Anyway back to the donkey. What does your lower back pain have to do with a donkey. Well your lower back does most of the hard work, just like a donkey.
You bend to lift, lean over objects to carry them, sit for long periods of time and seldom rest. All of these activities place an incredible strain on your lower back.
This is the reason why you have a higher chance of having lower back pain compared to upper back pain.
Sure your lower back has larger joints, stronger muscles and your pelvis to help give you the strength you need. But your lower back can only take so much.
Once the strain is too much, your muscles will tire, joint will change position and your pelvis will distort and twist. Suddenly your lower back is not able to do the work you ask it.
The problem is this situation is not an overnight experience. It takes time for this distorting and twisting to occur. It may take days, weeks, months or even years. Then one day you use your lower back like a donkey yet again and suddenly find your self stuck. You are unable to move…
You feel the lightning bolts of pain…
It is hard to take a deep breath in …
Your legs feel weak, heavy and unstable…
Life has suddenly changed because you now have lower back pain. Depending on the amount of twisting, it may be minor, moderate or severe. That future of playing sport, bouncing your grandchildren on your knee, traveling the world or just getting out of bed in the morning, suddenly appears less likely.
Lower back pain relief is simple enough, but surely it is better to prevent than cure. Lower back pain relief is a task I teach you, but I would rather show you how to not have lower back pain first.
Start by not using your lower back as a donkey. Use some techniques now to ease any minor tension before it builds to that horrid intense pain. Assess your lower back to find out if there is any distortion now. Prevent DON’T Cure it is easier for lower back pain relief.
