You have heard the saying often, if pain persists see your doctor. Back pain is a little different but the concept still applies.
Although I teach you to remove your back pain, and very effectively I may add, you still need to use common sense.
Back pain can be simply eased if you know what to target, understand how to balance your muscles and to realign your spine – all simple things I teach. There is one problem though…
I do not have a crystal ball, I have no clairvoyant abilities and I cannot predict the future. I know that may sound incredible but it is true.
I can teach you how to remove your back pain, but I cannot see inside you. So the simple rule applies, if pain persists seek help. I treat my patients in my clinic, they seek my help because I can use my knowledge and skill and sit them down face-to-face and find out what is happening.
Through the internet that is not possible. I can still help you remove your back pain, but if pain persists it is advisable and recommended that you seek advice and help from a practitioner.
As to who you should see…
Someone good, honest and trustworthy. This is something I also teach you through the Sugar test. What is the Sugar Test?
It is a simple test you can apply to any practitioner and see if they are right for you. Whether or not they are credible, honest and going to help you with your back pain issues.
So, if back pain persists seek help. You can still use techniques at home to help ease you back pain, but seeing a practitioner is also a good idea, especially if you have long term severe back pain that is not responding.
I may have over a 96% success rate in removing back pain with what we teach. But there are still those that do not respond as quickly as I’d like or you. If pain is persisting if you are not responding to any therapy, then seek advice from someone else.
The same applies if you are seeing a practitioner. If you are not responding, if you are not getting relief … seek advice from someone else. Don’t say you have seen anybody. Just get their opinion without any preconceived ideas as to what the other practitioner thought was occurring.
Then you can get an honest opinion of what is wrong, how long to respond and your likely outcomes.
Back pain ruins lives, don’t let it last longer than it should. Try to help yourself, but if back pain persists … seek help.
